Kitchen lithography workshops

I had the absolute joy of teaching kitchen lithography at the Oxford University Museum of Natural History on !5 March. The workshop combined drawing from museum specimens and printing lithography from foil, inspired by some of the scientific illustrations in the current exhibition, Breaking Ground. You can see a few of the amazing works by the participants on Facebook.

Reproducing a historic lithograph

I had the pleasure of taking on a fun project last month- a litho reproduction of an old illustration. The illustration was originally done 200 years ago of some then recently discovered dinosaur fossils. I did an inkjet print transfer onto the stone and printed a few copies. The stone is currently on display at the Oxford University Museum of Natural History for their Breaking Ground exhibition. Breaking Ground runs until 29 September 2025.
